Jennifer Eichenberg of Eichenberg & Associates recently created a new training program for Michigan Radio, a nonprofit NPR station based in Ann Arbor. The reorganized training resulted in a significant decrease in error rates and had a big impact in helping volunteers to "own" their job, feel empowered to make more decisions, supporting the organization with care. - Congrats, Jennifer!
